Please help us welcome TYLER LTC to the Whitehouse Area Chamber of Commerce. Bruce Pessink is the owner and Security Management Specialist at TYLER LTC. He is a Licensed School Safety, License to Carry, and First Responder / Emergency medical Instructor certified by the Texas Department of Public Safety. His primary objective is to educate students on the responsibilities and laws applicable to handgun license holders Additionally, Bruce Pessink is a Certified Training Counselor and Instructor with the National Rifle Association of America, teaching students the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for the safe handling and safe storage of firearms and ammunition in the home, for safe gun handling.

Saturday License To Carry Range Qualifications are by appointments an are sometimes available on select weekends. Availability varies by month. You must book these appointments with TYLER LTC in advance, as they are the only qualification services offered on Saturdays and fill up quickly.
